I have a voucher, how do I use it?

  • Create an account.
  • Once created, at the top right, go to <Your Account>, Credits & Vouchers.
  • Follow the instructions on this page.

What happens if my item is broken in transit?

It is our policy to replace any items that are broken in transit. Please get in touch with us and we will arrange to send you a replacement.

Can you cut material I supply?

We only cut material we have sourced as we have tested and refined the cutting process.

Can you make this design <insert photo>?

If you have found a design that you like, please honour that person's hard work and order from them - we don't like copying other peoples work, and prefer to come up with our own unique designs.

Can you design something specifically for me from scratch?

We currently only offer the layouts you will find in our store, we can make minor changes to these. Please contact us if you have a specific idea and we will try to accommodate you.

Can you cut my design?

We certainly can cut your design. We require vector based artwork (not an image file) to cut it. Please get in touch with us on our contact page and we can assist!

Can you use <this font>?

Sometimes - please ask us! We ensure that all fonts that we use are licensed correctly for this use, so we can not just use any font for your design. If we like a font we may licence it and add it to our collection.
