Referral System

How does it work?

1. Create an account or login to your existing account.
2. Send your friend the referral link, or give them your referral code.
3. When they create an account and place their first order, you get $5 in credit for your next order, and they get $5 in credit for their next order.

Privacy

Privacy is incredibly important to us. It falls down to two basic details:

• The referrer's first name (you) is shown when a referee (your friend) enters the referrers code. (Eg, "Referred by Daniel").
• We never provide any details of the referee (your friend) or their order to the referrer (you).

Some more details...

• Only new customers qualify to give you a bonus. This is a once-off, per customer, bonus on your account. If you refer another person you'll get an additional bonus!
• You can refer as many friends as you like - there is no limit to the credit you can accumulate.
• If you have enough credit, you can check out for free!
• Credit can not be redeemed for cash - it can only be used on the website.
• Credit can't be transferred between accounts.
• Credit can't be applied to an order that we quote and supply an invoice for.
• You can still use a coupon as well as your credit (eg, a 10% off coupon).
• Credit can't be used for upgraded shipping (eg, Express post).
• The referred person will see your first name on the checkout page (as in, "referred by Daniel").
• If you are referred by someone, we do not tell the referrer your name for your privacy, nor any details about you or your order. The website does not provide this and we will never provide any information if asked.
• When the referred person checks out, you will get an email to let you know you have credit (but not who placed the order).
