Why Deedlebug Cat Rescue? In early 2021 after the heartbreaking loss of Jen's cat of 16 years Mork, we adopted a mother and her baby, Trixie and Marmalade. Trixie had a tough start to her life, she was living in a cat colony, when Deedlebug saved her, and soon after arriving she had 2 little babies! Marmalade's sister was adopted and then we were fortunate enough to be chosed to adopt Trixie and Marm! Trixie was only 8 months old when she had her babies, and was extremely timid, to the point we didn't see her most days once we got her home. Over time she started exploring the house and after much slow blinking at her from Jen, and many many creamy treats she began to get more confident! Then one day she started jumping in Jen's lap and purring like an engine and also now sleeps on our bed most nights! This is amazing for such a timid, scared cat! Jen is definitely her person now and whilst the hole left by Mork can never be filled, our hearts have expanded!
Recently we also said goodbye to our other 16 year old cat Darla, and whilst we have yet another hole, again our hearts expanded when we welcomed Dash into our home. He is a super spunky boy and has already stolen our daughter's hearts (and mine a little but as I've told Trixie I am definitely still her person).
Part of the responsibility we accept when adopting cats is to ensure they are indoor cats (with access to our secure cat run) so we created this sign to let people know not to let them out (especially Trixie as she's still rather timid and we may not get her back) and because we are so thankful to the team at Deedlebug we wanted to help them out.
The current housing crisis and interest rate rises have meant that along with people there are many pets being left homeless through no fault of their own, or their owners. These signs are either 20cm in diameter, or 30cm in diameter, based on your choice. They're made from your choice of acrylic colour, or one of our high quality wood range. Finished off with permanent indoor printing, and an acrylic feature sure to make an incredible statement!
These signs are suitable for indoor use only.
We send the signs in a calico bag for gifting and storage, which can be reused for many other purposes!
We've got three options for hanging and display of these signs!
The first option is to supply them with holes and a simple black cord, which allows you to hang them from hooks or something similar. This is the most popular option!
The second option is to supply them without holes, and instead, you can mount them with blu-tac or poster strips (not supplied). See your local hardware or office supplies shop for these materials.
The third option is to include a freestanding slot in base, in your choice of colour. This allows the sign to stand by itself wherever you'd like it to. The base has a custom spring design so it grabs onto the sign firmly and keeps it in place.
Once you order, we'll send through artwork to confirm the colours and how the name will look once made. We're happy to make minor adjustments to the signs - adding additional wording for example - or changing the layout.
We can often source other graphics to go onto these signs! Please get in touch before ordering to check and we'll see what we can do!
We have three colour choices for this one! The default colours match the photo of the sign.
"Back colour" is the colour of the main part of the sign. "Text colour" is the colour used for the writing on the sign. "Feature Colour" is the colour used for the feature - sometimes the name, and sometimes the graphic depending on the design!
Feel free to change it up! We'll just note that some colour combinations work really well and others... maybe not so well! We'll let you know if we think the colour combination won't work well and suggest an alternate for you.

After ordering, we'll send through artwork within 2 business days - although this is almost always within 24 hours of ordering, even on the weekends! After we've received your approval, we'll get this made up. At most this takes 5 business days, and generally it's much faster. We make everything ourselves with our own equipment, so we're fast!
Shipping is normally 4-6 business days, as per Australia Post's guidelines.

"I have now purchased 3 family birthday calendars from this fabulous company and I cannot fault anything. They are speedy at producing the art work for you to approve plus manufacturing and postage was lightning fast as well.
